Compensation:

The **Pay Range** for this position is between $31.10 and $46.60 per hour, offering competitive compensation based on qualifications, skills, and experience levels.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing nursing care tailored to the specific needs of each patient
  • Assess educational needs of patients and provide appropriate teaching
  • Anticipate changes in patient status and prioritize care accordingly
  • Integrate health promotion and preventive care
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and community education programs

Qualifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in urgent care or ED setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Effective organization and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills including electronic medical records systems

  • Functional speech, vision, hearing, and fine-hand manipulation skills
