We are a farm-to-ECE school, with an onsite garden that allows children to connect with nature and learn about growing their own food. With a supportive and energetic team, we are dedicated to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive.
Your Role:
As our Lead Teacher, you will:
- Inspire curiosity and creativity in a nurturing environment
- Lead engaging and imaginative activities that foster a love for learning
- Incorporate our garden into lessons, teaching children about nature and sustainability
- Transform challenges into opportunities for growth and discovery
- Cultivate a sense of community and belonging among children and families
- Utilize provided lesson planning resources while having the freedom to create your own lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of your students
Requirements:
- A degree in Child Development or a related field
- A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
- Creativity and a knack for turning everyday moments into magical learning experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
