KE'OLU HOUSEKEEPER
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Ke'Olu Housekeeper who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
Our Ke'Olu Housekeeper's have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.
Work authorization required.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide all types of housekeeping services to the Ke'olu clubhouse at Hualalai.
Including but not limited to:
general cleaning, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing, vacuuming, polishing, laundry.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently including, but not limited to, trash, housekeeping caddy, laundry, linen, light furniture, and vacuum.
- Notify Golf Professional staff, or Restaurant Management of any broken items, maintenance needs necessary repairs, or other items out of the ordinary.
- The ability to assist in inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment including keeping par stocks and ordering of supplies.
- The ability to Report emergency and safety situations to Golf Professional staff, or Restaurant Management to limit injuries.
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.
- The Ke'Olu Housekeeping team responsibility:
- Restrooms on Hualalai course total of 6
- Golf Hale
- Hualalai 9-hole comfort station
- Building B locker rooms Men's and Ladies
- Employee locker room and bathroom in Building B
- Day cleaning of Miller & Lux bathrooms Men's and Ladies
- Canoe Club Men' and Ladies bathrooms
- Showers at Canoe Club
- Public Beach access bathrooms Men's and Ladies
- Greeters Station restroom
WHAT TO BRING
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
