SafetyWing is on the lookout for a forward-thinking Head of Partnerships to enhance our Partnerships growth channel for Nomad Insurance and Nomad Health products.

Collaborations with affiliates and content creators have played a pivotal role in the remarkable expansion of SafetyWing since its initial product release in 2019. Our influencer program, known as the ambassador program, was internally developed, aligning with our distinct values of authenticity and simplicity.

This has emerged as our most crucial growth channel, contributing to more than 35% of sales.

You will be in charge of a team of Partnership Managers and will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Chief Revenue Officer to accomplish your objectives.

Your role will include:

  • Leading and nurturing a team of Partnership and Sponsorship Managers to ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance for achieving the program's expansion targets.
  • Establishing clear performance benchmarks and promoting continuous learning and enhancement.
  • Devising a robust strategy to elevate the ambassador program from 1,100 to 2,000 active influencers by the conclusion of 2024 through gradual enhancements and funnel methodologies.
  • Consistently refining growth tactics for widening the ambassador network, employing a funnel-based approach to identify and rectify bottlenecks, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and growth.
  • Suggesting and experimenting with diverse scaling strategies to determine the most efficient methods for rapidly expanding the ambassador program.
  • Ensuring the affiliate marketing team attains its goals via strategic counsel, comprehensive reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Closely collaborating with key partners to enhance relationships and unleash their growth possibilities.

  • Can effectively inspire and steer a team of Partnership and Sponsorship Managers, cultivating a culture centered on top-notch performance, continuous learning, and strategic planning.
  • Exudes a go-getter attitude: an entrepreneurial individual who tackles problems creatively and operates independently.
