Homes for Independent Living is looking for a
Supervisor to join our team in Sheboygan. Our Supervisors provide direct care for long term clients and supervision for assigned caregivers within one of our residential group homes.

What we need from you:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid WI Driver's License with 3 years of clean driving history
  • Two (2) years of experience providing care in a CBRF setting
  • Demonstrated experience training and motivating staff
  • Ability to complete a background check, TB test, and physical

So what will you do?

  • Assistance with client's daily living activities, transportation, cooking, and cleaning
  • Assistance with personal and medical cares
  • Empower the use of client coping skills and support healthy decisions
  • Support functional social and community skills through recreational activities
  • Performance management of employees
  • Maintain communication with guardians/case workers/management
  • Administrative tasks

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
