• Implement and manage plant maintenance program emphasizing planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Supervise spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance shop equipment and facilities.
• Establish a computerized maintenance management system.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for enhancing plant operations.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure they are well-trained and equipped.
• Coordinate with operations department for maintenance work.

• Classification: Exempt
• Reports to: Plant Manager
• Minimal Travel required

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• LEAN certification preferred.
• Proficient in TPM and Reliability Engineering.

Lead, train, and develop a team of plant associates. Work in a professional office environment and some exposure to extreme conditions. Physical requirements include standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required vision abilities and PPE.
