We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge, mission-critical solutions.

Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and AI and ML engineers you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.

You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features.

Together, you'll deliver high business value products to our clients and end users.

You Have:
4+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Experience with using Microsoft Office Tools

Experience with drafting functional designs and technical requirements

Experience with communication strategy or visual design

Knowledge of human-centered design or user experience best practices

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

You Have:
Experience with military or government clients

Experience working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment

Experience with facilitating interactions between product owners, business customers, and technical team members

Ability to document business rules and impacted processes or systems and develop functional and technical specifications using process flows, epics, user stories, Agile tools, and UX artifacts, including personas, use cases, scenarios, journey, and experience maps

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
