Position Overview
As a CNC Programmer at PACON, you will be responsible for planning, writing, and optimizing CNC CAM programs to fabricate precision metallic and nonmetallic parts. You'll work with advanced machinery and collaborate with our Quality Manager to ensure top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CNC CAM programs for precise parts fabrication
  • Select cutting tools and develop work-holding fixtures
  • Ensure product quality and optimal machining processes
  • Utilize CAD, CAM, and CMM inspection software for process enhancements
  • Manage multiple projects effectively with strong time management
  • Adhere to quality, maintenance, and safety standards

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of CNC programming experience
  • Proficiency in Mastercam programming, Mill 3D, and Multi-Axis operations
  • Experience with CAD, solid models, and inspection tools
  • Knowledge of GD&T and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • US Person status (citizen or Green Card holder)
