Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Rosenberg, TX. This position involves working within a dynamic school setting to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educational development and a commitment to improving students' speech and language abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents to support the student's educational and communication success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students speech therapy goals and progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants are welcome.
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
