We're looking to hire a hands-on Freelance Sr. UX / Service Designer for a global CPG company working with other UX Designer, Corporate Identify Designer, Corporate Communications, Project & Operations Manager, and outside vendors.

• This is a 6 month extendible convertible contract opportunity
• Targeted start date: June rounds of interviews
• The role is located in Skillman, NJ and is flexible hybrid (once or twice a month)
• Ideal candidate would have both agency and in-house experience
• 7-10 Years of experience
• Hourly Pay: $62.50

Relevant Roles:

• Digital Experience Design, Design Strategy, UX Product Design, Service Design

Responsibilities:

• You'll join the UX team to be the Strategic Design lead for brand portals, digital activation projects, optimizations and cross-business rollouts for brand portals, digital activation projects, and optimizations and cross-business rollouts.
• Guide vendor agencies on end executions and educate internal partners and collaborate in design executions.
• Engage in weekly or bi-weekly sprints with support of UX Designer and vendors to drive a holistic user experience for employees. The end solution should be a seamless experience and deliver on business objectives.
• Develop ecosystem architectures to ensure a connected holistic user experience.
• Work with existing platforms and out-of-the box tools to create optimal user experiences.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software for creating wireframes, prototypes and hi-fidelity designs
• User research and analysis: conduct user research to understand user behaviors, etc.
• Ability to analyze data to derive insights about user behaviors and opportunities.
• Capacity to align design strategies and initiatives to business objectives, user needs and brand guidelines, while identifying areas for optimal and differentiating experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
