**Agile Delivery Manager - Remote**

This position is responsible for operational and project planning for 2 3 Agile teams focused on near term deliverables and execution. Tasks may include but are not limited to; facilitating planning sessions and Sprint Reviews in a scaled Agile environment, categorizing and tracking of hours for capitalization needs, owning the delivery plan and status, working with Product and Technical leaders on prioritization and backlog readiness. This position will also assist in documenting, implementing and enforcing common continuous delivery standards.

***This position can be based out of a Remote location within the US, East Coast preferred***

**How youll contribute:**

Hands on Agile project management for 2-3 Scrum teams focused on near term deliverables and execution

Guiding team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate stories and tasks

Facilitate team progress towards team goals, improving team performance in the area of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity

Support Technical Product Owners in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.

Manage stakeholder communications and reporting on current delivery status

Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the Scrum teams

Define the needs of the project by ensuring proper resource allocation, managing expectations around deliverables and removing obstacles

Own the categorization and tracking of hours for project or capitalization needs

Work collaboratively to create consistent handbooks, checklists, templates, and other best practices process and procedure documentation

**What will make you successful:**

Bachelors degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent is preferred

2-3 years related experience or equivalent

Past hands-on experience working within SDLC Processes (e.g. developing and delivering software solutions)

Proven experience with Distributed Teams and Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence and collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams)

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Good judgment with the capacity to make timely and sound decisions

Flexibility, creativity, innovation, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
