Job Summary:
Award Winning Resale & Retail Boutique is seeking a Retail/Resale Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling & assisting customers with their purchases, and visual merchandising and boutique displaays.

This is a great opportunity for someone whois passionate about retail sales, social media, marketing and being part of a sales team in a boutique

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Designer handbags, clothing, shoes and boutique gift items
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- ensure merchandise is properly displayed

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- post on social media, load products to our online stores, take photos of products for social media and online platforms
- ideal canidate will have a key and run the boutique with staff while owner is on vacation of takes a day off.

Qualifications:
- knowledge of designer brands in clothing, handbags and shoes
- social media skills of posting and taking photos of products

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
  • Prior experience in retail sales, resale sales or customer service
- we are a boutique that has won numerous Best of Baltimore awards and have been in business for 10.5 years
- this position is a 1099 position. You get paid weekly and take out your own taxes

From $20.00 per hour
