Our well known Technology client (with a fruit shaped logo) is looking for a Talent Relations Assistant. This role will be working on a hybrid schedule in their Culver City office three days per week.

In this position includes administrative duties such as opening Purchase Orders, processing hair/makeup/styling invoices, expense reports and updating the department's Talent Management Hub. You will work closely with talent reps for talent travel and glam budgets, work closely with gifting vendors and supports the team around talent gifting. You will also work closely with the PR, Marketing, Events and Eco System teams for talent related events and appearances such as virtual Press Days and Premieres, Marketing initiatives, and requests from teams across our client's Eco System.

As the Talent Relations Assistant you will prioritize talent and executive requests.The position has experience working with talent reps and talent from all genres across series and film titles, and understands discretion working with all levels of talent. Position is detail oriented, requires resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities:

-Administrative duties including: Scheduling meetings, talent outreach for travel, glam invoices, expenses

-Coordinates talent requests

-Handles talent travel arrangements working with travel department

-Drafts lists and grids

-Talent Outreach

"The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $31.49 to $34.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match."
