Non-Attorney Sales At The Nieves Law Firm, we take the criminal out of criminal defense.

Our mission is to restore the reputations of those who have been accused of crimes and help them plan for the future.

Client Intake Specialists assist in onboarding those individuals in need of help.

It is the responsibility of the Client Intake Specialist to identify the needs of the potential new client, pinpoint how our firm can help, and assist them in taking the steps to become clients in our office.

In the sales role at The Nieves Law Firm, you have to excel at tracking data in spreadsheets, conducting sales calls with potential new clients, completing follow-up calls to ensure those clients have been onboarded successfully with the firm, and setting the clients up with an introduction to their lead attorney to begin work on the case.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the sales of products - having sold luxury products is a plus.

Most importantly the candidate MUST be able to empathize with others going through difficult circumstances, maintain confidentiality, be encouraging, and have the ability to make potential clients feel comfortable and heard.

Spanish speaking preferred.

Compensation:
$40,000 Base + Monthly Bonuses paid Quarterly (Role is budgeted for over $100,000 annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone meetings with potential new clients to determine what legal service our firm can offer them
  • Onboard new clients
  • Input call and follow-up data in the sales tracker
  • Manage client feedback and reviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, this team member will
    not provide legal advice, quote a fee that has not been authorized by the attorney, or sign an engagement with a client. Rather, the employee will prepare prospective clients for entering into an engagement with the Firm and the contract will be signed by the Owner.

  • Spanish fluency is
    strongly preferred
  • The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is hungry for the lead - not someone who will just sit back hoping the phone will ring. If the phone is not ringing... make it ring. The ideal candidate will be organized about tracking, taking notes, following up, and analyzing where a person is in their life, where they want to get to, and whether our firm is the one who can help get them there.
