Job Description

Our client, a successful Plastic Surgery Center and MedSpa in Houston, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support individuals in achieving their full potential with the highest level of care.


I. General Duties and Responsibilities (Include):
  • Provide excellent new patient coordination to ensure a positive image of the Aesthetics + Plastic Surgery practice through exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Prepare new patients for their initial visit ensuring they have the necessary information for optimal care coordination.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone and email effectively.
  • Support cosmetic patients through the consultation process.
  • Assist with generating financial quotes and exploring financing options for patients.
  • Track and report on consults and surgeries to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain a conversion tracking spreadsheet.

Pre-Procedure Responsibilities:
  • Ensure completion of all surgical notes.
  • Assist with surgery chart preparations.
  • Communicate with patients regarding necessary documentation and preparations for surgery.

Post-Procedure Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients post-procedure as needed.

Requirements
C. Qualifications of Patient Care Coordinator
The Patient Care Coordinator must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily to succeed in this role. Necessary qualifications include:

Skills and Additional Training:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs.

Language Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and staff.

Mathematical Skills:
  • Knowledge of basic mathematical operations.
G.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to problem solve and think logically.
  • Capacity to interpret various instructions and information.
H.
Physical Demands:
  • Requires using the telephone, computer, and related devices.
  • Good vision and hearing abilities are essential.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • May involve working under stressful conditions.

Benefits
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Base Compensation:$24.00 per hour plus a competitive bonus structure.
