Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data to identify key details.
  • Correcting errors and organizing data efficiently for accurate input.
  • Creating precise spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating data in databases.
  • Backing up data regularly.
  • Reporting errors to the appropriate individuals.
  • Maintaining organized hard copies of data for easy retrieval.
  • Handling additional tasks when required.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capacity to focus for extended periods and work accurately at a good pace.
