Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience by deepening relationships and educating customers on banking products
• Achieve sales and service goals by expanding customer relationships and improving loyalty
• Work with business partners to meet financial needs through various services
• Promote digital banking services and provide on-demand solutions
• Handle customer feedback with urgency and professionalism
• Ensure proper documentation for all solutions
• Maintain customer pipeline tracking
• Perform daily teller responsibilities and operations
• Mitigate risks and identify fraud attempts
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations
• Review and audit procedures to prevent risks
• Represent the bank in community activities
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, College education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer experience and sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of teller and/or cash handling experience
• Dedication to achieving sales and service goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
• Comfortable with technology software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and apply regulations and procedures
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed

For Senior Universal Bankers:

• Minimum 2 years of successful Universal Banker experience
• Ability to handle complex transactions with limited supervision
• Proficient in all aspects of bank products and solutions

Physical Demands

The job may require standing, sitting, kneeling, using hands, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities are also necessary.
