Senior Civil Estimator

Location:
Woodinville, WA

Salary Range:
$110-150k

Are you a seasoned estimator looking for your next challenge? Look no further We are seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join a premier Earthwork, Utilities, and Concrete contractor serving the Pacific Northwest This team isn't just about projects, they're about people.

Join, and you'll be part of a close-knit team dedicated to excellence, safety, and sustainability.

What You'll Do:
As an Estimator, you'll be at the forefront of project success.

Your role will involve estimating Civil projects, diving into plans and specs, conducting take-offs with tools like Bluebeam, and crafting bid proposals.

You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your business development skills by building relationships with clients and stakeholders and driving in new sales.


What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a go-getter with a proven track record in Civil project estimation.

If you're skilled in Bluebeam, Agtek, and HCSS Heavy Bid software, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are a must, along with a degree in Construction Management and 5+ years of estimating experience.
