We are looking for self motivated, energetic Kitter/Router General Labor Operator , with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team in the industrial plant located in Watertown, SD. As a Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities: Operating on a stand-up PIV's - for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docksKitting – fill orders with parts into kitsHot Parts – ensuring urgent parts get to our customerAble to learn multiple job skillsPrepare products and materials for shipmentShipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of productsLoad, unload, and stage products and materialsTrack and record units of materials handledAdhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Able to lift up to 35lbs.Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehiclesAbility to handle physical workloadStrong work ethic, DependableAble to work overtime as neededPeople-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projectsAdaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionDetail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger pictureAchievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might failAutonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little directionSelf-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights.

10 Hour Shift


• Day shift – 6AM – 4:30PM


• Monday - Thursday - Regular Schedule

• Some Overtime – Fridays
