Job Summary

The role of Inside Sales Representative (IDSR) involves actively selling the client's products to both new and existing customers through consultative sales strategies to meet monthly quota objectives. With intense competition in the industry, the IDSR must focus on building relationships and delivering comprehensive solutions to secure business.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships to educate and network with clients for generating opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Become an internal expert on product specifications and benefits.
- Source daily quotas of dials and talk time.
- Create enthusiasm and awareness around the client's products/services.
- Engage effectively with potential customers via phone calls.
- Deliver engaging webinars and slide presentations for driving business.
- Craft professional emails to prospective accounts.
- Conduct impactful cold calls to exhibit product features and benefits.
- Engage in pre-call research to enhance sales closure rates.
- Maintain daily activity and market intelligence records.
- Collaborate with client's customer assistance group to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven track record in selling products/services.
- Experience in consultative phone sales with a successful track record.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Thrives in a high-energy, target-oriented sales environment.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Quick adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to travel as required for client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based presentations.
Requirements :
- Associate degree or at least two years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Previous inside/outside consultative sales success essential.
- In-office work mandatory with designated remote workdays as per schedule.
