We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, conduct preventative maintenance, and improve various systems to maintain precision and repeatability. Check out the following details:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate various equipment in the machine shop such as lathes, grinders, saws, forklifts, and lifting devices.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair water, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance programs and maintain accuracy of robotic systems.
  • Conduct electronic troubleshooting and maintenance on a variety of systems.
  • Develop PLC program improvements and ensure housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate production activities, gage calibration, and accuracy validations.
  • Repair and coordinate the replacement of gages as needed.
  • Report any concerns to the Group Leader or Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

MUST MEET ONE OF:
2+ years Education and/or certification in related fields OR
2+ years practical experience OR
5+ years' experience in an industrial environment.

Will consider other combinations of education and experience.
