PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM TO LEARN AND EXECUTEPT Business ManagementBuild and maintain an active client baseManage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systemsMarket and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactionsMaintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and productsService and HospitalityExecute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for membersInteract with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experienceCreate and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clientsMaintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessionsProfessional DevelopmentAttend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotionsAttend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with managementInteract with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experienceCreate and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clientsMaintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessionsProfessional DevelopmentAttend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotionsAttend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management personalized programsQualificationsCurrent Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.

Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)Current CPR/AED certification Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitnessAbility to work in-person during weekdays/weekendsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsBasic computer and technology skillsEnergetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
