BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Looking to be part of a caring team and have a positive impact on the lives of children? Kaleidoscope ABA is searching for a BCBA to join their Mesa center. The BCBA will oversee a small group of 4-6 full-time clients. You'll receive support from the Clinical Director and Operations Manager, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing the BCBA's caseload.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and reassess clients.
- Set individual goals and develop treatment plans.
- Create teaching programs and behavioral interventions.
- Record and analyze data for each session.
- Provide training on behavior analysis.
- Supervise Behavior Therapists.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
- 3+ years of experience with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- BACB credentialing required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licensure.
- Clear background check.
- Effective management and organizational skills.
Physical Demands:
- Physically able to perform all job duties.
- Visual acuity to carry out responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 lbs.
