Job description:
- We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst to join our team.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of Pega BPM platform, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- The Pega Business Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement Pega-based solutions that meet business needs.
- This role requires strong analytical, communication, ant management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other BAs and Pega architects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including process mapping, use cases, and user stories
- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Pega BPM
- Design and develop Pega-based solutions, including data models, process flows, and user interfaces and document based on the agile methodology in Jira
- Work with developers to implement Pega solutions, providing knowledge transfer and oversight as needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes
- Collaborate with QA teams to respond to observations and enhancement requests
- Participate in project planning, including estimating effort, developing project schedules, and tracking progress
- Identify and mitigate project risk, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Pega BPM platform
- Experience with Pega design and development, including data modeling, process flow design, and user interface design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into manageable components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to participate in multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and case management principles
- Certification as Pega Business Analyst
- Certification as Pega CSA (optional)
