Job Summary:
Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions and providing recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also responsible for supporting front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Driving guests to designated locations.
  • Assisting guests with luggage.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
  • Concierge duties.
  • Accommodating guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving record (MVR).
  • Minimum of one year driving experience.
  • Must communicate information clearly.
  • Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Must maintain composure under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance as per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Maintain high personal grooming standards.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe hotel operations.
  • Greet guests warmly.
  • Load and unload luggage carts.
  • Escort guests to rooms.
  • Check and store luggage with tags.
  • Deliver messages and packages.
  • Assist with guest requests.
  • Provide information on local attractions and events.
  • Assist with housekeeping requests.
  • Update lobby information as needed.
  • Offer assistance with directions and maps.
  • Answer phones to aid guest service agents.
  • Conduct room counts digitally.
  • Show guest rooms and emphasize hotel amenities.
  • Perform other required duties.
