Hiring for a Replenishment Stocker Role

The Replenishment Stocker will be tasked with accurately retrieving products from bulk locations and scanning them into designated areas. This role also involves assisting the Team Leader and Supervisor with various tasks as required.

We are currently seeking candidates for the 3rd shift: Working hours are between 9 PM and 5 AM (Sunday to Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick various products from multiple locations to fulfill orders and meet shipping needs.
  • Maintain a smooth picking process while upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to proper controls and procedures throughout the workday.
  • Provide support in the Receiving department when needed.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a Distribution Center environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience with RF guns.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends based on business volume and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Working Conditions and Demands:

  • Ability to interpret labels, operate RF scanners, and navigate the facility independently.
  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Capable of walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Aptitude for lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to push or pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds unaided.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs without help.
  • Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, and handling products.
  • Must work in various warehouse environments, including heights of up to 100 feet.
  • Must be comfortable in a warehouse setting with noise levels up to 85dBA.
