MetLife is at the forefront of fostering strong relationships in the Specialty Market.We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance the customer service experience for new and existing clients within the Specialty Market Service & Operations sector.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, and external partners to fulfill customer commitments.
The Specialty Market Service & Operations team comprises diverse professionals supporting various market segments such as General Agent, Third Party Administrators, Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Association, and Trust.
The Client Services Consultant II will oversee the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of Jumbo-sized Association relationships, ranging from 10,000 to over 30,000 eligible members with an annual premium exceeding 5MM.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client requests and projects
- Offer alternative solutions to clients
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Proactively address customer needs
- Lead client-facing presentations and meetings
- Collaborate for effective problem resolution
- Participate in client account audits and strategic planning
- Engage in strategy meetings and process establishment
- Ensure accurate data input in MetLife systems
- Perform assigned duties diligently
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- High School diploma
- 5+ yrs. related experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in multi-market environments
- 7+ yrs. related experience
- PEO industry background
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in group products, services, and systems
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
