Corrigan Krause is currently assisting one of their clients, based in Twinsburg, OH, in the search for a Commercial Director.

Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial supplier of custom window treatments to retailers and wholesalers across North America with an unrivalled reputation for customer service and a compelling range of unique products and designs.

As the Commercial Director, you will have an overall responsibility for the commercial strategy, new product introductions and product-line profitability.

The ideal client will have an entrepreneurial spirit, have strong customer service mentality, and focus on encouraging a warm and employee focused environment.

This position does require some monthly travel to customers.
Requirements
Developing, negotiating and planning customer sales plans to achieve company growth and profitability goals
Developing product line strategies to maintain competitive advantage and to maximize customer satisfaction and profit potential
Managing the internal Sales Administration team
Identifying new market segments and keeping inline with the strategic planning process
Leading internal teams of Marketing and Sales in new product introductions
Identifying marketing information and analysis to help in strategy formulation with the Leadership Team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Ten (10) plus years in a Sales or Commercial Management Leadership capacity, custom-product business experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams and fostering a positive work environment
Exceptional strategic skills and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
