Gold Flora Corp - Field Brand Manager

The Field Brand Manager plays a crucial role in the expansion of Gold Flora owned brands both in the field and through the Brand Ambassador program. Leading the BA team, the Brand Manager offers valuable guidance to ensure the success of brands like Cruisers, Roll Bleezy, Gold Flora, and Current.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the BA program, including hiring, training, and developing BAs to carry out PADs for Gold Flora Corp brands.
  • Expand the presence of GF brands in various accounts.
  • Boost sales revenue per store for GF brands.
  • Identify and address slow-moving stores by introducing revenue-generating strategies.
  • Conduct hands-on BT training sessions.
  • Represent at trade show events when needed.
  • Establish new accounts that are currently not selling GF brands.
  • Keep Sales Managers and Sales Reps informed about new brand developments.
  • Collaborate with Sales Reps regularly to enhance sales and raise awareness of GF brands.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as instructed by the management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in field sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand market trends and promptly respond to customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective management abilities.
Work Environment
  • Operations: This role is based in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures, where exposure to bright lighting, loud equipment, and other factors may occur.
  • Retail: Work in an indoor facility with controlled temperatures, potential exposure to bright lighting, loud equipment, and interaction with customers and staff.
  • Office: Responsibilities also involve working in a professional office setting, using standard office equipment and being in contact with customers and staff.
  • Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel to different office locations, with frequent travel especially during peak periods.
