Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team.

As a Head Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat products in accordance with food safety standards and customer specifications.

This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of meat cutting techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and portion different cuts of meat according to customer requests
• Prepare meat products such as steaks, chops, roasts, ground meat, and sausage making
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of meat products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and different cuts of meat
• Proficient in using knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
