More About the Position:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting as a professional with expert knowledge in the industry and as a Lennox Premier Installer
  • Leading successful installer crews with a high NPS score of 9.3
  • Demonstrating versatility in various skills including basic electrical and plumbing
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers and Home Care Club Members
  • Engaging in continuous training sessions, meetings, and company events

What Does It Take?:
Qualifications:
  • A strong passion for providing top-notch HVAC installations to customers
  • Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing teams of 2-3 HVAC Installers
  • Ability to meet screening requirements including clear drug test, background check, and clean driving record for the past three years
