Lube Technician Upper and Lower Bay
We are hiring both full and part time positions

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Change oil following our procedure
  • Communicate with our customers with respect
  • Keep the service center clean
  • Contribute to a positive culture and positive working environment

Qualifications:

  • Inspector's licenses are not required but beneficial
  • Previous automotive maintenance experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license is a must
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Ability to use a pointofsale system is required
  • Great attitude is a must

Our Lube Technicians need to be team players, detail-oriented, and strive for customer satisfaction with each customer. As a lube technician, you will be responsible for changing oil on customers vehicles while following our service procedures.

Specific Overview:

Your primary role as an employee of Strickland Brothers is to satisfy our customers. It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.
