**Job Title: Robotic Welder**

**Job Description**

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Robotic Welder to join our team in a metal manufacturing shop. The successful candidate will operate a Fanuc robotic welder, perform grinding, and tack welding as part of daily operations. Responsibilities also include following prints, working on steel parts, maintaining the accuracy of the robot, and executing repairs on steel not meeting quality standards. After a probationary period, there is an opportunity for promotion to a Table Welder.

**Hard Skills**

+ Operation of Fanuc robotic welder

+ MIG welding process on steel parts

+ Grinding

+ Tack welding

**Soft Skills**

+ Ability to follow prints

+ Attention to detail

+ Maintenance of equipment accuracy

**Job Type**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 540 Hour(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in OLATHE, Kansas.

**Work Environment**

The facility is non-climate controlled and located indoors, comprising two large buildings where welding, machining, and assembling practices are conducted.
