Packer and Kitter

Packing and kitting positions open in Ridgeville
1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am to 5pm
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4pm to 12:40am
$ $16.75an hour, and time and a half for anything over 40 hours

Responsibilities:
Kitting/ Washer primary responsibilities are to remove labels from the outside of totes,
Bulk Bins, and Top Caps etc.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Able to work individually and in a team environment

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Follow all rules and policies
• Perform work in accordance to all ISO, safety rules, and policies.
• Attendance will be followed by outline in company policy.
• Perform as a TEAM MEMBER focusing on efficiency, proficiency, and working in a safe manner.
• Follow all kitting operation procedures of all kits and containers.
• Participate in all training and safety meetings.
• Proper knowledge of setup of Washer (water temperature and starting up of the Washer).
• Know which tote or tray goes on each conveyor line.
• Learn how to use R.P.M to accurately enter in assets correctly.
• Enter kits/ containers into (R.P.M) prior to fork lift operator picking up for put away into the inventory lanes.
• Keep the supermarket area organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment both inside and outside the facility.
