Role Overview:

Duties include:

  • Patient safety adherence
  • Professional growth through education
  • Maintaining a safe patient environment
  • Actively seeking opportunities to improve patient safety
  • Working collaboratively on patient care plans
  • Administering medication and documenting clinical findings
  • Assisting with tests, procedures, and emergency measures
  • Delivering direct care to patients
  • Ensuring medical records are complete
  • Participating in patient inquiries and orientation
  • Reporting patient safety concerns promptly
  • Encouraging patient engagement in their care

Qualifications:
Education:

  • Graduate from a nursing program

Education specialization:
  • Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate

Experience:
No specific experience required

Credentials:

  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days
  • Valid RN license

Physical Conditions:
Heavy Work: Involves moving objects or people with significant force

Working conditions:

  • Exposure to hazardous materials requiring PPE
