The stunning Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is currently searching for a new team member to join their Retail Sales department. This luxurious property, nestled on 40 acres of beautiful tropical gardens, has been consistently recognized as one of the world's finest resorts. Boasting 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 unique food and beverage venues, including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Position Details:
  • Part-time role (2-3 days per week)
Working Hours:
  • Flexible schedule with shifts lasting 10 hours. Availability for at least two open days is required.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months of customer service experience and must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and facilitate merchandise sales efficiently
  • Have a thorough understanding of the products, styles, and pricing
  • Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and various payment methods
  • Prepare merchandise for shipping and assist with inventory management
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
