As the Case Manager, you will be the voice representing our clients, tackling obstacles and ensuring their success in the competitive e-commerce world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and resolving seller listing issues in collaboration with teams and Amazon directly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer support or resolution roles.- Proficiency in customer service policies and experience with the Amazon seller platform.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.- Capacity to build relationships and collaborate with teams.- Familiarity with Office 365 or G Suite.
