Our company's CNC Machine Shop is expanding and we are seeking skilled individuals to help us reach new heights. We value teamwork and are committed to the growth and development of our staff members.



We are currently looking to fill the position of Senior CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in machining operations. Responsibilities for this role include setting up and running machines, providing guidance to operators, editing programs, inspecting parts for quality, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components. Maintaining a safe and orderly workspace is a key expectation for all team members.



QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-10 years' experience in CNC machining
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MasterCam programming is advantageous
  • Experience with a variety of CNC machines and controls, including 5 Axis Mills, Swiss Mill Turn, and Gantry machines
  • Familiarity with Fanuc & Haas Controls
  • Background in an AS9100D environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models
  • Provide constructive feedback on work instructions
  • Familiarity with GD&T Methodology and working on tight tolerance parts
  • Design fixtures and setups to enhance production efficiency
  • Assist in scheduling CNC work considering lead times and delivery requirements
  • Quick learner with the capacity to work independently
  • Training and mentoring skills for future team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative working relationships
