Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Patient Care

Maxim Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in Carroll, Iowa within the comfort of their own home.

Fulltime Day and Overnight Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Implement nursing process for patient care
  • Deliver skilled nursing care according to orders
  • Monitor and report changes in patient's condition
  • Document nursing diagnoses accurately

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
  • Valid TB or Chest X-Ray test
  • Current BLS certification
