Responsibilities:

  • Effective Staff Management including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensuring smooth Site Operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Delivering exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and special requests promptly.
  • Implementing Policies and protocols for staff compliance.
  • Efficient Reservation Management to coordinate bookings.
  • Proper Horse Care by tacking up and grooming horses diligently.
  • Leading Instructions and Trail Riding sessions for riders of all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Horseback Riding Experience with teaching and guiding background.
  • 1-2 years of Management Experience to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills for creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen Attention to Detail for upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
