Your Challenge:

  • Review wiring diagrams and work orders to determine wire specifications and coil details
  • Select and set up coil-forming devices on machines
  • Thread wires, adjust tension, and monitor winding accuracy
  • Wrap insulation, cut wires, and solder lead wires for terminals
  • Apply varnish or insulation materials for coil reinforcement

Qualifications:

  • +2 years of similar experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components and insulation materials
  • Commitment to product quality and safety compliance
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail and precision in coil winding
