We are excited to welcome a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to our Labor and Delivery team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an opportunity for a full-time night shift role in our Labor and Delivery unit at Baptist Medical Center South.
As a Labor and Delivery RN at Baptist South, you will:
- Provide personalized patient care using the nursing process and our mission statement
- Supervise care provided by support staff
- Coordinate services from other departments
- Involve patients and families in creating individualized care plans
- Act as a patient advocate in the newborn nursery and postpartum units, catering to a variety of patient needs

Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of Medical Surgical Nursing Experience
- Less than 1 year of Newborn Nursery Experience
- Less than 1 year of Mother/Baby Nursing Experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
- Registered Nurse Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (RNC EFM) (Preferred)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse License (Required)
