Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated pediatric critical care faculty member to join our team at St. Louis University and SSMHealth Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. In this role, you will provide clinical coverage in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Sedation Service, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care to our young patients.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate call coverage and maintain standard practice for patient population.
- Manage office operations and clinical decision-making.
- Advise on operational policies and participate in community service activities.
- Ensure risk management, coding compliance, and quality assurance.
- Stay alert and perform duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Use speech, stand, walk, lift/carry objects, sit, reach, and use vision and hearing.
- Detect odors and differentiate colors.
- Occasionally lift/move patients and drive.
