We are looking for a Veterinary Technician or Assistant to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families.

MLVH is a talented and collaborative team that enjoys working together to provide excellent patient care and client services. We have a long history of providing excellent service to our community. We pride ourselves on offering compassionate and affordable care while practicing cutting-edge medicine and surgery. We take great pride in working closely with several local rescue groups.

In a typical week, we see plenty of dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, as well as the occasional rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pocket pets.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced veterinary technician or assistant, you already know what it takes to be a successful veterinary professional.

Some of the key skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:

  • Anesthetic Assisting and Monitoring
  • Skill in Dentistry
  • Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
  • Obtaining a complete patient history and maintaining treatment records
  • Vaccine knowledge
  • Preventative care knowledge
This is a full-time position for an experienced (at least 2 years) veterinary licensed veterinary technician or assistant.
