TRISTAR is looking for an Operations Analyst II to join their team supporting a government customer in Crane, IN.

  • Receive and process shipping requests from requestors via email
  • Input shipping forms into ERP system
  • Coordinate material movement to required destinations
  • Complete various forms and requests in ERP system
  • Assist in inventory management and material disposition

Responsibilities:

  • Source material
  • Track material and update shipping schedules
  • Provide regular status updates and reports
  • Update material data sheets
  • Stay updated on MILSTRIP and Pcard purchases
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Research available materials

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Knowledge of 1149's/1348's
  • Experience in Material Movement
  • US Citizenship required
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma
