We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to take charge of patient care applying nursing processes effectively. The ideal candidate should excel in quick and accurate patient assessments, early identification of critical conditions, and proficient use of advanced medical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Exercise clinical judgment for safe and efficient patient care delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with all individuals in the hospital.
- Represent Maxim in a professional manner as a model of quality care, professionalism, and attire.
- Adhere to Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Nursing Practice, Patient Care Standards, and hospital policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned for the role of Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN).
