The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, employee relations, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Compliance: Stay current with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Support annual reporting for ACA, EEO, and Medicare Part D as applicable. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.
  • Policy Development: Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures. Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications *REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3-5 years' of experience working in Human Resources with emphasis in employee relations management
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience using ADPs human capital management platform is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
