As a Senior Principal Test Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), you'll be joining the Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team in McKinney, Texas, where you'll play a crucial role in developing test solutions for a wide range of Raytheon products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Job Summary:

Are you ready to lead a team of highly skilled test system engineers as the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for Advanced Technology Sensors' products and services? In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge test systems, working closely with various engineering disciplines and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support program management planning and execution for Advanced Technology programs
  • Monitor and track metrics, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage multiple deliverables aligned with test system requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and meet project timelines
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Implement test automation for efficiency and productivity
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the integrated product team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience in hardware and test software development
  • Demonstrated experience in Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL) or Program Management
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EVMS Certification or Program Management Certification
  • Strong communication and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in managing complex programs and teams
  • Understanding of engineering design processes and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and RF technology
