• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.


• This role may require floating to additional units and locations


• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.


• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Rotates on Electrophysiology call as scheduled.

All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub. Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered.

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call" time worked
