School-based Psychologist Position in Montrose, Colorado
- A school district located in Montrose, CO is seeking to hire a school psychologist (PSYCH) for a full-time role. While prior experience with children is preferred, it is not mandatory for this school-based position. The hiring director is actively reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, so don't miss the chance to be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students referred for evaluation and provide suggestions for suitable school programs.
- Take part in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to aid educators and staff in creating student-centered plans.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program and other planning sessions.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
Experience:
- Prior experience in educational environments or pediatric settings is preferred.
Education:
- Minimum of a Masters in School Psychology.
- Valid School Psychology License.
